Contracts Manager Mechanical
Working with a client that is an employer of choice they require a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of several concurrent medium-large contracts. This role is NI based.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Procurement ble.
- Quality -
- Project finance
- Building & maintaining good relationships
- Management of all Site Personnel
- Overseeing - All aspects of H&S, procurement, and delivery
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Contract Management
- Mechanical Qualifications
- Solid technical knowledge of Mechanical systems
- Excellent Communication / Negotiation Skills
- Team Player
- Proactive Approach
- Ability to work extended hour / weekends, as required
- Healthcare experience - desired but not essential
